In a Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft III job you'll be responsible for:
- Performing complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and repair machinery, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions in PLC controls, drive-controlled machine systems, and automated production networks.
- Executing routine preventative maintenance schedules across production machinery, electrical systems, and material transfer piping.
- Performing welding, custom metal fabrication, and mechanical repairs utilizing equipment manuals, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Carrying out general facility maintenance and repairs, including doors, building fixtures, drywall, and painting.
- Ordering required supplies, parts, and maintenance materials while maintaining precise tracking of in-stock inventory.
What you'll need:
- At least 3 years of hands-on production maintenance technician experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with 12-volt through 480-volt electrical circuits.
- At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing PLC systems, process controls, and drive-controlled equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational diploma or technical degree preferred).
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently (and up to 100 lbs occasionally).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
