Join Our Team

CMA Hyundai of Lexington Park is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Cashier / Receptionist to join our service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team environment.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience while supporting daily operations within the service department.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typical schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional first impression
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Check customers in and out efficiently
• Process payments and accurately close repair orders
• Follow up with customers after service visits
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Maintain customer records and service documentation
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding customer updates
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism
• Support additional administrative and customer service duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and cash-handling experience
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Prior dealership, retail, hospitality, receptionist, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
