The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to create technical synergy that supports the integration and maintenance of Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) with the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), Joint Live Virtual Constructive (JLVC), and Next Gen Constructive (NGC) environments for the Army. As an integration engineer, you know the importance of ensuring MCIS work together to deliver user-end training for the U.S. Army.
What You'll Work On:
Develop and provide Information Technology and end-user training on computer hardware and application software.
Integrate and maintain MCIS hardware and software.
Serve as an operator and instructor to test, validate, or field environmental support.
Provide help desk support.
Supporting testing events, perform Problem Tracker Report analysis, build and support MCIS databases and terrain, and troubleshoot MCIS issues.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in Information System development or training
5+ years of experience supporting a national defense service such as the Army
3+ years of experience developing and providing IT and end-user training on computer HW and application SW
Experience providing help desk, test events, PTR analysis, MCIS DBs, MCIS terrain, MCIS troubleshooting and resolution, MCIS setup and teardown, and demonstrations
Experience providing Requirements Analysis, such as technical, DB, MCIS, and functional, in support of contemporary capabilities and assessing new and emerging capabilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Ability to integrate and maintain MCIS and SW as JLCCTC operator or instructor for test, validation or field environment support
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
