Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. • Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Recognizes limits of scope of practice, seeks multidisciplinary collaboration, utilizes appropriate resources, and follows chain of command.
• Recognizes, assesses, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
• Delegates safely based on patient status, potential for harm, task complexity, and team members’ competency/scope

Job Requirements

Required

• Registered Nurse: AZ or Compact State license
• Two years recent ED experience
• American Heart Association
  • Basic Life Support - CPR 
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
