About Our Family

We’re a close-knit, active family of four in Shoreline, and our house is a place built on warmth, connection, and a lot of everyday heart. Both of the parents work demanding full-time jobs, so our weekday mornings are a fast-moving blur—and that’s where we truly need a steady, reliable extra pair of hands.

More than anything, we deeply value the people who come into our home to support our family. We care about raising kind, curious, independent kids who know how to take responsibility for themselves, and we’re hoping to find someone who shares those same core values. On weekends, you’ll usually find us catching up with neighbors, cheering at swim meets, or heading up to the mountain to ski together in the winter.

We love a home that runs smoothly, and while we’ve built some great systems to keep life organized, we need the right partner to help keep them humming—and make them even better.

For us, a perfect week means walking through the front door in the evening to a calm, well-cared-for home—where dinner is handled, laundry is done, and the everyday mental load feels lighter. Our dream is to spend our evenings truly present with our kids, enjoying each other's company rather than racing to catch up on household chores. If that kind of partnership sounds like a great fit, we’d love to meet you!

Who You Are & What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone special—an experienced, reliable professional who takes genuine pride in what they do and views this role as a true long-term career. Highly self-motivated, you naturally read the room, spot what needs to be done, and dive right in without needing step-by-step direction. You bring a quiet efficiency, organization, and ease to the household, staying ahead of the curve through proactive communication—whether that means sending a quick update, flagging an item, or offering a thoughtful solution before an issue arises.

Warm, easygoing, and engaging, you connect effortlessly with school-age kids in a loving, clear-boundaried way—holding them accountable without rigidity, bringing plenty of fun while maintaining structure. You are comfortable seamlessly integrating into family life, including potential travel, while always maintaining a respectful, professional balance. Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Notion, you manage your day with confidence, adapt easily to quick email updates during busy workdays, and thrive without micromanagement.

Above all, you are dependable, open to feedback, and deeply invested in becoming a trusted, indispensable partner to this family.
