RUST Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Rust programming, system design, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and efficient solutions that support business objectives.Key Responsibilities·         Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Rust.·         Build scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs.·         Design and implement microservices and distributed system architectures.·         Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.·         Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system reliability.·         Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.·         Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.·         Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.·         Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery automation.·         Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and operational excellence standards.Required Qualifications·         7+ years of professional software development experience.·         Strong hands-on experience with Rust programming language.·         Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.·         Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.·         Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.·         Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.·         Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.·         Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.·         Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Technical Skills·         Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).·         Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures.·         Experience working with Linux-based environments.·         Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.·         Knowledge of software security best practices.Good to Have·         Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).·         Exposure to Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.·         Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.·         Knowledge of cloud-native application development.·         AWS Certifications.Soft Skills·         Strong communication and collaboration skills.·         Excellent problem-solving abilities.·         Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.·         Strong ownership mindset and accountability.·         Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.Locations: Anywhere in IndiaExperience  : 6+
