Job Overview
The Clearance Lead is responsible for real time analysis, assisting with the coordination and balancing of DC Clearance/Shipping operations, and assisting in the balancing of man power for all areas.  Other responsibilities include:

• This role assigns picking/loading tasks for all production employees, supports the Clearance/Shipping Manager to ensure all tasks flow smoothly for the production crew, accurately records and reports the truck/trailer numbers for outgoing deliveries, and supports the Clearance/Shipping Manger to ensure all End of day (EOD) tasks are completed. 
• Records/reports the truck/trailer numbers for outgoing deliveries
• Provides support in reporting, researching and resolving issues that occur in the interface between host system and WMS in a timely manner
• Provides administrative support for the Clearance/Shipping Manger
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all needed systems
• All other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Starting hourly pay at $20.00 - $23.00/hour (Based on experience)

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP and Red Prairie.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly recognize and diagnose trend and patterns in productivity data.
• Must be able to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s

Physical Demands

• Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, push and handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to move throughout all areas of the distribution center.
• Move objects up to 250 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
• Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.
• Standing, walking, lifting, and arranging product: 90%            
• Sitting: 5%
• Desk or phone work: 5%
