JOB SUMMARY:
This position oversees the daily administration of operations and process efficiencies, overseeing the firm’s workflow processes through optimized use of technology. Routine analysis of procedural requirements to implement more effective methods to achieve results for the firm. Oversee implementation of Change Management requirements related to procedural, Legislative, Court or client process changes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for overseeing servicer's mortgage accounts to ensure the sales proceed in compliance with all state and federal laws and all post sales work is performed within the guidelines provided by the investor - FNMA, FHLMC, VA, or HUD.
- Recommend and implement process improvement strategies while assisting with Policy and Procedure Manual.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a modified Foreclosure organization.
- Detailed review of each Foreclosure team’s processes and procedures to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
- Provide data support and analytics in preparation for Monthly Management Meetings.
- Review of various billing and invoicing steps within PM to ensure Foreclosure is capturing and billing all events and interfacing accurately with Accounting.
- Coordination with departmental managers regarding implementation of process changes and Change Management.
- Serves as a liaison between management and departments.
- Interpret, evaluate and apply independent judgment and decision-making regarding change management policies and procedures.
- Develop and identify workforce planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- Will perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job requires the exercise of supervisory responsibilities.
- Direct and manage employees through leadership and coaching, including performance measurements.
- Actively manage reports to confirm files are being processed according to Firm policy, Florida Statute and Investor guidelines.

- Demonstrated ability and knowledge of using computer software applications including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and Internet Explorer to streamline work for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Experience using computer spreadsheets and database application for report generation.
- Experience with a variety of data processing software and relational database systems for data retrieval, analysis and review.
- Ability to increase skills and knowledge to facilitate the use of new systems and updated applications.
- Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, policies, and financial reports and to incorporate these into written documents as needed.
- Proven ability to develop, analyze, and carry out program and project objectives and work with others in achieving organizational goals.
- Proven ability to research, gather and organize information to produce concise reports using various resources.
- Excellent interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills (using grammatically correct written English and accurate typing) to interact with a variety of personalities at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred or combination education and experience
- 3-5 years Judicial Foreclosure experience, preferably with corporate/legal groups
- Must have a working knowledge of 1st lien/2nd lien foreclosures.
- Knowledge of post-sales a plus.
- Must have a working knowledge of foreclosure documents, including Note, Mortgage, Verified Complaint, Lis Pendens, Final Judgment, Notice of Sale, Certificate of Sale, Certificate of Disbursement, Certificate of Title and Special Warranty Deed.
- Minimum 1+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
- Minimum 3+ years Foreclosure experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in a team-centered environment.
