Project Role : Deployment Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist the Deployment Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots and resources.

Good to have skills : Deployment Management, Microsoft Azure DevOps

Summary:
As a Deployment Practitioner, your day involves supporting the Deployment Lead by coordinating various deployment activities. You will be engaged in organizing work plans, managing schedules, overseeing budgeting efforts, tracking key performance metrics, facilitating training sessions, conducting pilot programs, and ensuring the availability and allocation of necessary resources. Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth deployment operations and contributing to the overall success of deployment initiatives through effective collaboration and proactive management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployment activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor deployment progress and report any deviations or risks to the Deployment Lead promptly.
- Assist in documenting deployment processes and best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Environment Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Deployment Management.
- Strong understanding of deployment lifecycle and environment management within complex software systems.
- Ability to coordinate multiple deployment tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and resource allocation techniques to optimize deployment efficiency.
- Experience in monitoring deployment metrics and generating reports to support decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Openlink Endur Environment Management.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
