About the Role

The Associate Cloud Solution Specialist is responsible for the deployment, migration, and upgrading of Hyland solutions in cloud environments. This position works across all or specific steps of the deployment process based on customer needs — including information gathering, discovery, planning, cloud infrastructure build, application configuration, testing, go-live support, and progress documentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically curious, customer-focused professional to grow their cloud deployment expertise while making a meaningful impact on customer success.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Deploy basic solutions in cloud environments based on customer requirements, including new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Interact with customers to gather information and understand their needs; configure solutions accordingly while providing proactive suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Build and configure basic infrastructure in cloud environments, installing domain-specific modules and configurations based on documented requirements.
• Collaborate with cloud teams on configuration and environment setup; assist customers with application configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising from product upgrades, installations, and configurations prior to go-live, utilizing company systems, utilities, and support processes.
• Document the progress on customer cases at every step of the deployment; maintain detailed documentation reflecting all activities related to solution deployment.

Role Essentials

• High School Diploma with experience in a customer service environment.
• Basic technical skills with Windows OS, IIS applications, SQL DB, networking, and PC hardware; proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues for guidance.
