**this is a hybrid (4 days in office) position - 1 day in Etobicoke, 1 day in Downtown, and 2 of your choosing.**
About you
You are a creative individual who is ready to provide leadership and direction on design, layout, and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. You are adaptable across all platforms - print, digital and info graphical. Your main role at Colliers will be to provide branding and campaign solutions for high-profile properties and new business pursuits in a variety of markets.
You are an enthusiastic team player who is well known for constantly delivering accurate, top-quality work for your clients. You are an excellent communicator who can support multiple professionals across the organization in regards to their design needs. You love working independently and collaboratively to determine effective design solutions for your clients.
In this role, you will…
Design and produce visual marketing materials, including new business proposals, market overview presentations, brochures, flyers, and maps that make brilliant first impressions for our clients/prospects
Design the elements for successful client engagement projects (digital, print, interactive, etc.) facilitating the process from start to finish
Successfully promote high-level adoption of corporate standards for all visual communications
Partner with sales professionals to help align a vision with a client’s need, pursuing each opportunity with optimism, clarity of thought and differentiating Colliers in the process
Communicate on a regular basis with internal clients (follow-through and follow-up), meeting commitments and deadlines
Devise strong visual solutions for research-based information such as statistical graphs, charts, and tables
Be highly adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal direction/supervision
What you’ll bring
Diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field
3+ years of graphic design experience
Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience working with style guides and brand

Approximate Compensation for this Role: $69,014- $80,000 per annum
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
