Description
Responsibilities:
- Support biomarker efforts for the various projects within the department; either for stand-alone projects or as full scientific project leader in the biomarker department
- Oversee experimentation design and planning, and delivery of high-quality scientific data on time in full and within budget
- Ensure operational efficiency, effective scheduling, and continuous improvement
- Drive innovation and ensure on time delivery of scientific excellence.
- Delivery on the KPIs of the project
- Ensure a collaborative and open working environment that promotes information sharing, integration of all stakeholders and ensuring that scientific data translates into project-related conclusions
Qualifications:
- PhD in Life Sciences/Biology or related area with several years (>4Y) of post-doctoral experience in Biomarker discovery
- Experience and know-how in immuno-assays development, high-sensitivity assays, clinical trial measurements and requirements
- Experience in project leadership of small stand-alone or complex projects, preferably in either Neuroscience or Immunology/Auto-immune Disease.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative, flexibility, and teamwork
- Innovation driven, high quality and scientific acumen
