A Brief Overview
The Senior Associate, HR Operational Excellence plays a key role in supporting HR's strategic priorities through strong execution, analytical problem-solving, and continuous improvement. This role contributes to transformation initiatives, enhances operational effectiveness, and helps translate strategy into actionable work across the Global HR function. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who brings curiosity, strong critical thinking, and a bias for action to solve problems and deliver results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you will do
- Contribute to HR transformation and process improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise and HR strategy
- Gather data, analyze issues, and support solution development and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Document and maintain processes, governance frameworks, and standards, promote scalable and consistent HR practices globally
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables
- Coordinate and build strong relationships across HR teams to advance key initiatives
- Develop tools and materials that support execution
- Deliver project activities on time and with quality
- Communicate project updates, track progress, manage risks, and support issue resolution
- Use data and insights to identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis and contribute practical solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 3+ Years of experience in HR, consulting, finance, accounting, operations, or project coordination roles required
- Experience in one or more HR areas (e.g., Talent, Rewards, HR Operations) preferred
- Experience working with data, reporting, or basic dashboarding tools preferred
- Demonstrated ability to support projects, manage deliverables, and work in a fast-paced environment required
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills required
- Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative required
- Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives preferred

Compensation Range:
$78,080.00 - $110,860.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
