Job Summary:
The E-Catalogue Data Management & Web Support Specialist is responsible for managing product data, supporting digital catalogue uploads, and handling customer queries received via the E-Catalogue Contact Us form. This role ensures accurate representation of products online and contributes to a seamless customer experience through timely and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and publish part numbers in the E-Catalogue based on marketing priorities.
Collect and validate product attributes, digital assets, and associated parts for catalogue uploads.
Prepare customer view 3D models for online display.
Respond to customer queries received through the E-Catalogue Contact Us form with clarity and professionalism.
Maintain product attributes and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the PLM tool based on drawing releases.
Review and interpret engineering drawings to extract relevant product data.
Prepare rendered product images for online catalog.
Download and verify technical documents including distributable drawings, assembly manuals, data sheets, and product specifications.
Continuously enrich product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system by coordinating with PLM stakeholders.
Ensure all associated parts such as terminals, seals, covers, and locks are accurately linked to main products.
Adhere to data standards and ensure consistency across all product categories.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and PLM tools. (Optional)
Experience with PIM systems and digital asset management. (Optional)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Proficiency in preparing 3D models and rendered images. (Mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities. (Optional)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
