About the Role
Dayforce is a cloud-based HCM platform that delivers comprehensive human resources, payroll, workforce management, and talent management functionality.
As a Dayforce Solution Oversight at BDO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of Dayforce HCM for our clients. Leveraging your technical and functional expertise, you will guide project teams, optimise system configurations, and uphold best practices to maximise operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you will drive stakeholder alignment and project success throughout the implementation lifecycle.
About You
This role is for individuals that are experienced in Dayforce and are aspiring for the Solution Oversight role, and are looking for a team that encourages collaboration, long term client relationships, mentorship and sharp focus on well being including work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Dayforce HCM solutions. You will be a self-motivated and articulate professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Your Experience
Over 2-3 years of experience in Dayforce Core, WFM and / or Payroll Solution in Implementation Consultant role, and preferrable some experience in Dayforce Solution Oversight role
Track record of client centricity and delivering successful HCM implementations.
Expertise in WFM, Payroll and HCM best practices, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Understanding of HCM / Dayforce data requirements and ability to guide and support client in their data migration activities working with Data Consultants, where required.
Ability to analyse customer requirements, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions that enhance business operations.
Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all solutions adhere to industry standards.
Proven ability to lead engaging workshops and client meetings, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and addressing stakeholder feedback effectively.
Experience in conducting solution design reviews to ensure alignment with customer expectations and strategic goals.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, fostering trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, providing a strong foundation for strategic oversight and leadership.
