Sales Admin - CRM

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales & Admin Specialist to provide administrative, customer service, and M1 support to the Sales Team. This role serves as a central support function between customers, external sales representatives, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Project Teams. The position will help ensure that customer enquiries, quotations, orders, sales opportunities, and follow-ups are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. The role will also support compliance activities, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while developing the technical and commercial knowledge required for future progression into a Technical Sales role.

## Tasks

**Key responsibilities**

• Provide customers with accurate ETA information and regular order status updates.
• Support the Sales Team with customer enquiries relating to quotations, orders, deliveries, and sales activities.
• Follow up on open sales calls, customer requests, and outstanding purchase orders.
• Liaise with customers to confirm quotation due dates, project requirements, and other relevant information.
• Take ownership of customer enquiries and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and monitor OTIF (On Time In Full) performance of sales jobs.
• Create, maintain, and update customer opportunities, quotations, sales activities, and related information within M1 CRM.
• Support external Sales Representatives by entering and updating information in M1 when they are working remotely or on customer sites.
• Monitor M1 data quality, accuracy, consistency, and system usage.
• Support Veripoint and other compliance-related initiatives.

## Requirements

**About you**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams.
• Ability and willingness to learn CRM and business management systems.
