BrightCare Financial is expanding its energetic Nashville office and is now onboarding motivated professionals who want to build a meaningful, high-income career helping individuals and families protect their health, income, and financial future.
Our advisors provide personalized guidance in Medicare, life insurance, long-term care and retirement income protection. You’ll join a collaborative team that values integrity, professional development and making complicated financial decisions easier for the people we serve.
This is an in-person, commission-based career opportunity with training, mentorship and room to grow. Prior insurance experience is welcome but not required. Learn more about BrightCare Financial.

Responsibilities

- Meet with individuals and families throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee.
- Learn about each client’s healthcare, insurance and retirement concerns.
- Explain available solutions clearly and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Help clients’ complete applications and navigate the enrollment process.
- Develop new relationships through company-supported opportunities, referrals, community involvement, and professional networking.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients and provide ongoing service.
- Participate in training, coaching and team meetings in our Nashville office.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all company and regulatory requirements.
- Build a client base and a long-term career with uncapped earning potential.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to meet clients in person.
- The ability to obtain a Tennessee health and life insurance license. We will explain the licensing process to qualified candidates.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Comfort meeting new people, developing relationships, and asking for business.
- Personal accountability, professionalism, and integrity.
- The motivation and financial readiness to begin a commission-based career.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to an energetic, team-centered office.
No insurance experience is necessary. Successful candidates may come from sales, hospitality, education, healthcare, customer service, real estate, recruiting, athletics or other people-focused backgrounds.
