Location – Seoul, Korea
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Communications & Customer Value Proposition Specialist to join our Korea HNC Marketing team.
In this role, you will support business growth by developing compelling customer value propositions, executing integrated marketing communications programs, driving digital marketing activities, and delivering impactful customer engagement events. You will work closely with local commercial teams, APAC marketing colleagues, and global stakeholders to ensure all activities are aligned with the company's strategic priorities and brand guidelines.
This position requires a dynamic individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including website, LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and other digital platforms.
- Create and localize marketing content, including customer presentations, success stories, brochures, videos, articles, newsletters, and social media assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality content development and execution.
Customer Value Proposition Development
- Partner with commercial, technical, and scientific teams to develop compelling customer value propositions that translate our ingredient and solution benefits into meaningful customer business opportunities.
- Support customer meetings by preparing differentiated value-selling materials and business cases.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to strengthen our market positioning.
- Contribute to marketing-driven and marketing-influenced pipeline development.
Event, Conference & Tradeshow Management
- Plan and execute industry conferences, exhibitions, customer seminars, workshops, and trade shows, including CPHI, Vitafoods, and other key industry events.
- Coordinate event logistics, booth design, speaker management, promotional materials, customer engagement activities, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure seamless execution of events while maintaining alignment with corporate branding and communication guidelines.
- Support customer symposiums, expert meetings, KOL engagements, and scientific education programs.
Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
- Work closely with Korea Commercial, STA, Regulatory Affairs, Technical Service, and Business Development teams.
- Collaborate with APAC and Global Marketing teams to localize global campaigns and ensure strategic consistency.
- Ensure all marketing programs align with global brand frameworks, communication strategies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with regional and global stakeholders.

You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Food Science, Nutrition, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, MarCom, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Event Management, or B2B Marketing.
- Experience in nutrition, health ingredients, food, dietary supplement, health care, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is an advantage.
- Strong digital marketing and content development capabilities.
- Excellent project management and event execution skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical and scientific information into customer-relevant business value.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and customer insights.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
