Overview
Join us at Susquehanna's Discovery Program - an interactive experience designed to showcase how problem-solving drives modern trading. This immersive and evaluative program offers a unique glimpse into the day-to-day life of our traders, developers and researchers giving you firsthand insight into the trading industry. Through panel discussions, meet-and-greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll explore our systematic and semi-systematic trading strategies while gaining a deeper understanding of our collaborative culture.
Outstanding participants will be considered for a US based internship the following year, and full-time placement in our Hong Kong office upon graduation.
What we’re looking for
This opportunity is open to students attending a Hong Kong or Singapore based university who are planning to graduate in 2029.
