1 Full-Time Role & 1 Part-Time Role Available
Flexible Scheduling Between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST

Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Associate at our Corporate Office, you’ll play an important role in supporting our customers, car wash locations, and teams across the company. You’ll help resolve customer needs, manage membership and billing inquiries, and partner with different departments to deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a go to resource for customers, assisting with memberships, billing, and general account questions through phone, email, and online support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and timely support that helps create a great customer experience
• Solve customer concerns by researching accounts, identifying solutions, and explaining membership and service options
• Partner with store teams and other departments to help resolve customer needs
• Identify trends in customer feedback and help turn those insights into opportunities for improvement
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet response time goals
• Participate in special projects and new initiatives as our company continues to grow

 

Qualifications

• Positive, people first attitude and a genuine interest in helping others
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with solid writing, grammar, and editing skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. We’ll help you learn the rest
• Customer service, office, administrative, or related experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow
• Ability to successfully complete required background and reference checks
