Provides assistance to Med provider for Individual's enrolled in services at Behavioral Health Offices. Relies on the direction and supervision to accomplish tasks. Typically reports to Office Manager or Med Provider. Requires a High School Diploma or GED. MOA or CNA Certification preferred but not required.Calling all compassionate and caring behavioral health professionals who are looking to partner with a community based service provider offering mental health and substance abuse services where individuals live and work.

This position provides assistance to Med provider for Individual's enrolled in services at Behavioral Health Offices. Relies on the direction and supervision to accomplish tasks.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Reporting all changes in the people supported’s condition to the Med Provider.
- Reporting all accidents and incidents observed to the Director.
- Weighing and measuring people supported as instructed.
- Measuring and recording temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respirations (TPRs), as instructed.
- Schedules and coordinates appointments, med changes, hospital discharges with Med provider.
- Pulls Controlled Substance Reports as required.
- Assists with Prescription Assistance Programs as necessary
- Performs front desk duties as necessary
Required Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of this state preferred
Pre-employment screening:
- Complete criminal background
- Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Drug testing
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
- Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
