Your Day-to-Day
- Review and assess sales calls, chats, pitches, and other customer interactions
- Check customer data, CRM records,Payment Collection documentation, pricing, and other required information for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and categorize quality issues, compliance gaps, and critical findings.
- Prepare regular QA reports and communicate findings to Management.
- Collaborate with Sales Trainer, Operations, and other relevant teams on improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Understanding of sales processes and experience or background in sales.
- Good understanding of customer communication, sales approaches, and sales performance standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or quality gaps.
- Ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in Sales QA is a plus, particularly experience reviewing chat follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pitches.
- Experience in data compliance, quality control, or process improvement is an advantage.
