The P&ES OTR Operations Leader is responsible for driving operational performance and strategic initiatives across the P&ES OTR organization, achieving the business performance expectations across safety, quality, execution delivery and financial key metrics. You will lead the P&ES OTR Operations team, including KPI owners and region operations, as well as drive operating rhythms with focus on the PES KPI’s while playing a key role in identifying and delivering strategic continuous improvement projects both at the global and region level. You will be the principal supporter of the P&ES Operational leader for all OTR matters.
Own P&ES OTR operational performance metrics & rhythms; validating ITR performance and market related data, identifying and delivering key actions for improvement.
Own and drive region operations support and continuous standardization across regions.
Owns P&ES standard work definition and implementation, leads a team responsible for defining, deploying and managing project management related processes and advise on tools.
Drive operational team balancing standard work and meeting regional needs.
Drives PES operating MOR & OTR initiatives on PES Kaizen calendar, ensures capabilities building over time.
Owns delivery of OTR sustainable productivity targets for PES organization.
Develops and implements PES AI strategy, continuously identifying and operationalizing AI initiatives enabling NVA reduction and increased efficiency.
Drives execution rigor and accountability between parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other critical areas to ensure service excellence for our customers through outage readiness process.
Strengthen on time delivery for projects & collaborate with regions to drive Outage Excellence via a thorough preparation, execution, and closeout process. Ensure timely and complete delivery of key components: Parts, Repairs, Services and Procedures.
Plays a critical role connecting ITO forecast to resources required on OTR side & closing any gaps.
Identify and drive safety standards improvements for project management organization, drives standard process and communications of Lessons Learned.
Collaborate with the Quality Leader to drive continuous improvement across all key metrics including Customer satisfaction, CoPQ reduction, minimize the impact of Escapes and Defects, accelerate RCA/NCR closure, and strengthen the quality culture. Drives ZDF implementation for PES team.
Drives excellence in data management through controlled and consistent updates and analytics, manages Genpact analytics team support.
Lead the training program for P&ES team specifically focused on PM curriculum.
Lead the implementation of Lean initiatives across the Services team.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Project & operational experience
• Significant experience in a leadership role
• Strong team leader in a dynamic, energetic, and complex environment, equipped with quick learning capability and high level of accountability.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Self-motivated, positive outlook, results orientated, able to deliver under pressure and within time constraints, committed and process oriented.
• Ability and willingness to travel, as required
• Hands on experience leading action plans and / or Lean events

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $154,800.00 and $258,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
