· Translate R2R strategy and operational priorities into structured programs, roadmaps, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies and measurable outcomes.
· Establish and maintain effective portfolio and program governance, including decision forums, reporting routines, stage gates, escalation mechanisms and executive reviews.
· Partner with R2R leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment, business value, financial risk, control requirements, capacity and delivery readiness.
· Provide end-to-end oversight of transformation, process improvement, automation, technology and organizational change initiatives across R2R.
· Ensure programs have clearly defined scope, objectives, accountabilities, success measures, timelines, resource plans and implementation approaches.
· Monitor portfolio health and proactively identify delivery risks, interdependencies, resource constraints, control issues and barriers to value realization.
· Develop clear and actionable portfolio insights for senior leaders, covering progress, risks, decisions, financial performance, operational impact and expected benefits.
· Coordinate dependencies across general accounting, period-end close, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, statutory reporting and financial controls.
· Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Digital Technologies and market finance teams to ensure effective cross-functional delivery.
· Support programs designed to improve close-cycle efficiency, reporting accuracy, balance-sheet integrity, reconciliation quality, control effectiveness and compliance.
· Ensure financial-control, audit, statutory and reporting requirements are appropriately considered throughout program design and implementation.
· Partner with Strategy, Portfolio and Value Management teams to develop business cases, monitor investment, track benefits and validate value realization.
· Support annual and multi-year planning processes, including portfolio shaping, sequencing, capacity planning, investment prioritization and resource allocation.
· Drive consistent use of MGS project, program and portfolio management standards, methodologies, controls and reporting tools.
· Facilitate cross-functional planning, risk-management and problem-solving sessions to accelerate decisions and remove delivery barriers.
· Ensure effective integration of business change, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, process readiness and transition-to-operations activities.
· Support the implementation of global process standardization, ERP transformation, automation, analytics, AI and digital capabilities across the R2R landscape.
· Challenge assumptions and delivery plans constructively to ensure commitments are realistic, risks are visible and expected outcomes are achievable.
· Coach program managers, project managers, initiative owners and workstream leads, strengthening delivery discipline and PMO capability across Financial Operations.
· Capture lessons learned, identify reusable practices and promote continuous improvement across the R2R portfolio.
· Ensure programs comply with applicable accounting standards, financial controls, risk-management requirements, data standards and Mars policies.
