SUMMARY: This position is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets including but not limited to production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, discipline, motivation, turnover, absenteeism, safety, problem solving; accountable for areas of performance, safety, quality, workers compensation, turnover, bid movement, team member morale; other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role in a meat manufacturing environment required. Familiarity with Case Ready operations a plus.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.

Special Skills: Team leader, problem solving, and special projects.

Travel: < 10%

Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination.
