Inside Sales & Distribution
As an Inside Sales & Distribution Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving commercial growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences within our Wood Protection business. Supporting our Anti-Sapstain and Wood Protection product portfolio, you will collaborate closely with customers, distributors, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and distribution operations across the Eastern United States.

This is a fully remote position supporting customers and distribution partners throughout the Eastern U.S. territory. The role requires up to 20-30% travel to support distributors, customers, field trials, business development activities, and industry events
Essential Job Functions:
Manage sales activities for assigned customers and distribution partners across the Anti-Sap stain and Wood Protection portfolio.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, order management and product availability.
Develop strong relationships with distributors and customers to support retention, growth and market expansion.
Coordinate closely with supply chain, logistics and customer service teams to ensure on-time product delivery and resolution of customer issues.
Identify sales opportunities through account analysis, customer engagement and market intelligence.
Support pricing, forecasting and demand planning activities to optimize commercial performance.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within CRM and business systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, distribution management or commercial operations within a B2B environment.
Experience working with distributors and customers in specialty chemicals, industrial products, wood protection or related markets is preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20-30% throughout the Eastern United States to support customer relationships, distributor engagement, field trials, and industry events.
Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, accountability and customer success.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $78,497 to $101,714, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
