As an Operational Compliance Associate II at ICON, you will oversee and enhance compliance programs and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
What You Will Do:
You will take responsibility for quality assurance and compliance deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational compliance programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting comprehensive compliance audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of policies and procedures.
- Documenting compliance activities and maintaining detailed records to support regulatory submissions and inspections.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks, provide recommendations, and implement corrective actions.
- Staying abreast of industry regulations and best practices to continuously improve the compliance framework.
Your Profile:
You will bring relevant quality assurance and compliance experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field
- Significant experience in compliance, quality assurance, or a related field, preferably within a clinical research environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in compliance assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and ethical conduct in all compliance activities.
