High Schoolers Grades 10,11, or 12
Now hiring team members (ages 16+) for evening and weekend shifts! Join a friendly, fast-paced environment where you’ll gain valuable work experience, build teamwork skills, and provide great service to guests. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working with others and keeping up in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling makes this a great opportunity for students or anyone looking for part-time hours. No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and a great attitude!
Culver’s has been serving communities since 1984, when founders Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents, George and Ruth, opened the first restaurant in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Known for its signature ButterBurgers and fresh frozen custard, Culver’s prides itself on hospitality and quality—values that continue to guide every team member today.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth closing operations and maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Provide outstanding guest service during evening and weekend shifts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete closing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
