What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and/or associates at the front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the hotel, greet and verify visitors as appropriate, and help direct guests, vendors, and deliveries according to established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate front-desk logs, incident reports, visitor records, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Observe lobby and entry activity from a stationary post and report suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
