About the location:

On an exclusive island in the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with its unique architecture, has become an iconic landmark that soars as a destination in its own right, combining the best of a beach holiday and an urban getaway.

Our Team:  
We are currently looking to hire a Painter to join our dynamic Engineering Team. The Painter is responsible for maintaining the hotel's high standards of appearance by performing painting, finishing, and decorative maintenance work throughout guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house facilities, and exterior spaces. This role ensures that all painted surfaces are professionally maintained, contributing to the luxury environment and exceptional guest experience that Four Seasons is known for.

    

Main Responsibilities:

• The ability to maintain the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel.

• The ability to repair and refinish polishing woodwork.

• The ability to patch and paint interior and exterior surfaces.

• The ability to repair plaster and stucco.

• The ability to install and repair of vinyl and paper wall coverings.

• The ability to maintain stock and inventory for the shop.

• The ability to maintain brushes and rollers in good condition.

• The ability to complete all assigned work in a safe and complete fashion.

• The ability to use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, rother potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.

• The ability to complete all assigned project in a timely fashion.

• The ability to ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.

Required skills:

• Previous experience in similar position.

• Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in Engineering  

• Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them

• Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques

• Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)

• Good basic math skills

• Conscientious with great attention to detail

• High school diploma; successful completion of an apprenticeship
