Position: Sublimation Associate

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm

As a Sublimation Associate, you will play a crucial role in our sublimination process by operating sublimation equipment to create custom-designed products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely production of sublimated goods, contributing directly to our company's commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sublimation preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and an accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this position
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials (up to 50lbs) as needed
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with all levels of the company
• Must have experience working in a fast pace/goal-oriented environment
• Must be able to work independently and work collaboratively
