Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday
- Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with Fridays, evenings, and weekends free.
Compensation:
- Compensation Structure: $55/hour or 32% of Net Production, whichever is greater.
- Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $114,400/year based on a full-time schedule.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice in Sandy Springs, GA. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive and periodontal care.
- Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures.
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease in collaboration with the doctor.
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings.
- Take and interpret digital dental radiographs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide outstanding patient care.
- Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience treating periodontal disease, including Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) preferred.
- Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
