About the Opportunity
An ultra-luxury mountain resort open year-round is looking for a Lobby and Bar Manager. This person runs day-to-day operations for two beverage-led outlets and leads the teams on the floor. The focus is an elevated guest experience, creative beverage programs and strong outlet performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lobby bar and lounge outlets, making sure service standards are met
• Develop and run beverage programs, including cocktail menus, signature drinks and seasonal offerings
• Keep offerings fresh by following industry trends, new products and techniques
• Support beverage events and activations that add to the guest experience
• Keep food and beverage quality consistent through recipe standards, quality control and hands-on leadership
• Lead, coach and develop outlet teams through briefings, training and performance reviews
• Drive revenue through pricing, menu engineering, upselling and cost control
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering and stock levels to reduce waste and protect margins
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service

 

Requirements

• 2 to 3+ years of management experience in an ultra-luxury hotel or resort, or a high-end bar or lounge
• Strong food and beverage background, with deep knowledge of cocktail development and beverage programming
• Solid understanding of outlet financials, inventory control and revenue generation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator and hands-on leader
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at high altitude in all weather
