Job Description

We are looking for a Web Developer to develop, enhance, support, and maintain modern web applications while ensuring a seamless user experience. This position will be Full-time, Hybrid -Bengaluru.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces
• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs and integration services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across front-end and backend components
• Support application testing, deployments, and production releases
• Perform application support, maintenance, and enhancements across the solution stack
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth code deployments
• Monitor and maintain application performance, reliability, and availability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge articles
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements for application stability and performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern React frameworks, libraries, and development tools
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure Repos
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment processes
• Knowledge of backend development concepts and database technologies
• Experience supporting and maintaining production applications
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Experience interacting with global stakeholders and distributed teams

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint
• Experience with Node.js or similar backend technologies
• .NET development experience is highly preferred
• Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
• Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools
• Exposure to application security best practices and performance optimization

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
