Role

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms and assigned public areas. This role ensures a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests by delivering exceptional housekeeping services, responding to guest needs professionally, and upholding the hotel's quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest room cleaning services, ensuring all rooms meet Aman standards and provide a comfortable, relaxing experience for guests.
• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and surrounding public areas to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to requests promptly, and provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Build positive guest relationships and effectively handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints related to rooms and hotel services.
• Follow the Lost and Found procedure and report any items left behind in accordance with company policy.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and health and safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• Support housekeeping operations during peak periods and ensure all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, demonstrating flexibility, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere by ensuring housekeeping services are delivered efficiently, courteously, and in line with departmental standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
