Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities
• Develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL/IDL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
