Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Product Marketing Executive to join our Product Marketing team on a maternity cover contract. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting product launches, driving product adoption, managing product communications, and creating high-quality content that enables both customers and commercial teams to succeed. Working cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Design, and Enablement teams, the successful candidate will coordinate initiatives, translate product developments into compelling messaging, and ensure timely delivery of go-to-market activities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update product marketing materials, including launch assets, presentations, customer stories, videos, FAQs, landing pages, and product updates.
- Develop customer-facing and sales enablement content that clearly communicates product value and supports commercial teams in driving product adoption.
- Manage and maintain Productboard, ensuring customer feedback, feature requests, and product insights are accurately captured and organised.
- Coordinate the creation and publication of quarterly product updates, working closely with Product teams to communicate new features and enhancements.
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities, including product launches and adoption campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support product positioning and messaging.
- Support product pilots, testing initiatives, and customer adoption programmes.
- Track actions, manage project timelines, and ensure effective communication across stakeholder groups.
- Analyse information and customer insights to develop clear, engaging, and actionable content.
Essential Criteria
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Operations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights, synthesise information, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Experience using presentation software, content creation tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Experience within a B2B, SaaS, technology, digital platform, or travel technology environment would be advantageous.
- Experience working with Productboard or similar product management and feedback platforms would be beneficial.
