Compensation: $23.50 / hour
Description
A General Cleaner keeps the hotel's shared spaces as polished as its guest rooms — from restrooms and public areas to banquet and meeting rooms — while lending a hand wherever guests need it, all in service of an outstanding stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleans designated areas including restrooms, public spaces, offices, and banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
- Dusts and polishes furniture and fixtures; vacuums, mops, sweeps, and shampoos carpets as needed
- Washes windows, cleans and waxes floors, and removes and disposes of trash
- Greets guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
- Reports maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stocks and maintains supply rooms as needed
- Performs deep-cleaning tasks and special projects, such as mattress flipping and furniture moves,
- Delivers guest requests and assists with cleaning guest rooms as needed
