Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Talent, Learning and Capabilities Leader Learning Program Coordinator, you will support various projects in the Learning and Leadership Development group. This role will perform various administrative duties and event support in support of the development of learning and leadership programs and organizational design projects.Every day, you will be instrumental in the smooth execution of critical talent development initiatives. This involves meticulous organization, proactive communication, and collaborative engagement with team members to ensure all logistical and administrative aspects of our programs are flawlessly managed, directly contributing to leadership excellence and organizational effectiveness.To be successful in your role, you will meticulously support diverse projects within the Learning and Leadership Development group, performing essential administrative duties and providing comprehensive event support. You will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to managing tasks, and collaborate effectively to ensure the seamless development of learning and leadership programs and organizational design projects, thereby contributing to the cultivation of our talent and capabilities.

  • Program Design and Development
  • Support the design and development of learning and leadership development solutions
  • Assist in the administration activities related to program development, including materials development, presentations, data management, calendars, etc
  • Support program director in the design and development of learning solutions.
  • Program Delivery and Evaluation
  • Support the delivery of best in class learning and leadership development experiences aligned with best practices to drive successful learning experiences

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other Education, Leadership Development, OD Development, IOPsych, or similar
  • 1-3 years 1-3 years of experience in relevant work

Preferred

  • Masters Other
