Work Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $33.65 - $40.86 per hour

Tessera is seeking a Production Control Scheduler to join the Auburn, Washington Manufacturing team. The Production Control Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing production schedules that support customer delivery commitments while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. This position coordinates with customer service, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and engineering to ensure materials, capacity, and resources are aligned to meet production requirements. The Scheduler proactively identifies schedule risks and drives recovery plans to maintain on-time delivery performance.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability.
Release manufacturing work orders in accordance with the master production schedule.
Ensures all engineering, programming, and planning are completed prior to schedule release.
Monitor work order progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities.
Coordinate with machining, sheet metal, assembly, inspection, and shipping departments.
Work with Purchasing to resolve material shortages.
Work with Customer Service and Program Management regarding priorities.
Identify capacity constraints and recommend workload balancing.
Monitor production performance and implement recovery plans.
Maintain ERP scheduling data accuracy.
Analyze backlog, lead times, and WIP.
Ensure AS9100 compliance.
Support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
5 – 8 years of previous Aerospace experience is required
Combination of previous experience and education will be considered
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
A valid state driver’s license is preferred with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
