Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock food items and supplies for smooth kitchen operations
• Prepare food by cutting, chopping, mixing, and making sauces with precision
• Cook dishes using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods to meet recipe standards
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation and storage requirements
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces to ensure a safe kitchen
• Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Team player that works well with others, hard working, and reliable
• One to two years of experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
• Familiarity with various cooking methods and industry best practices
• Strong communication skills and works well under pressure
• Organized, committed to recipe accuracy, and works at a fast pace
