The Role
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will provide first-class front-of-house, security, and administrative support, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming reception experience, greeting and assisting visitors, managing visitor access and sign-in procedures, maintaining site security protocols, coordinating external hospitality arrangements, and undertaking a range of general facilities and administrative tasks to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be professional, dedicated, and experienced in a customer-facing role where first impressions matter. You will maintain meeting rooms and office spaces to a high standard while supporting a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Experience in security, reception, concierge, or front-of-house roles would be highly desirable, particularly with visitor management, access control, and site security procedures. Strong communication skills are essential, along with confidence handling telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries. Microsoft Office experience and the ability to manage correspondence, deliveries, visitor access, sign-in procedures, hospitality, and meeting support will be key. Corporate, concierge, security-focused front-of-house, or high-end hospitality experience would be advantageous.
We are looking for a people-focused individual who works professionally with internal and external customers. You will be able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, maintain strong attention to detail, and bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You will take ownership of front-of-house and security responsibilities, share best practice, and suggest improvements that enhance processes, the visitor experience, and workplace safety.
