Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance for Wind Services will serve as a key financial leader, providing strategic decision support and rigorous financial oversight for the global Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for driving the financial performance of our remanufacturing and supply chain operations, with a specific focus on the operationalization of remanufacturing strategies, structural cost management, and inventory / footprint optimization.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Global FP&A for Supply Chain
- Lead the comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the global Wind Services supply chain.
- Provide actionable insights into cost drivers, manufacturing variances, and overhead absorption to drive P&L performance.
- Partner with supply chain leadership to translate operational KPIs into financial outcomes, ensuring alignment with annual and long-range business objectives.
Remanufacturing Strategy & Implementation
- Act as the financial architect for the Remanufacturing operations, leading the business case development for new site ramps, technology investments, and process scaling.
- Support the transition from pilot to full-scale operations, ensuring robust cost-accounting models are in place for refurbished components.
- Monitor and report on the profitability of remanufacturing vs. new-make components to influence service life-cycle strategy.
Structural Cost Management & Optimization
- Develop and execute a global structural cost management framework, identifying opportunities to reduce fixed and variable cost intensity across the supply chain.
- Lead analytical efforts related to global manufacturing footprint optimization, including location strategy, lease/buy decisions, and capacity planning.
- Oversee inventory strategy to drive improvements in Working Capital, balancing supply reliability with optimal inventory turns and valuation health.
Strategic Analysis & Controllership
- Conduct high-impact ad hoc financial modeling to support executive decision-making on sourcing strategy, logistics network design, and capital allocation.
- Maintain rigorous controllership, ensuring all supply chain financial practices remain in compliance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies.
- Cultivate a data-driven, innovative culture by leveraging advanced visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and automation techniques (Python/n8n/SQL) to provide real-time visibility into supply chain risks and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering; MBA or professional certification (CPA/CMA/CFA) preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Finance, Plant Finance, or Operational FP&A, preferably within the industrial or energy sector.
- Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), modern data analysis (Python, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Operational Mindset: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between financial theory and physical supply chain operations (inventory, logistics, remanufacturing).
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead complex, global initiatives with minimal supervision.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $107,600.00 and $179,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
