Propósito del Rol

Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos y de automatización de los equipos productivos y servicios industriales, ejecutando mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de manera segura.

Responsabilidades clave

• Ejecutar mantenimiento eléctrico preventivo y correctivo.
• Atender breakdowns eléctricos y electrónicos.
• Diagnosticar fallas en motores, sensores, actuadores y sistemas de control.
• Diagnosticar fallas mediante PLC/HMI.
• Revisar señales de entradas y salidas.
• Parametrizar y diagnosticar variadores de frecuencia.
• Realizar mediciones eléctricas.
• Inspeccionar tableros eléctricos.
• Ejecutar mantenimiento de motores eléctricos.
• Participar en análisis de causa raíz.
• Apoyar proyectos de automatización y mejora.
• Mantener actualizados planos y documentación técnica.
• Registrar correctamente las intervenciones realizadas.
• Cumplir LOTOTO y procedimientos de seguridad eléctrica.
• Cumplir BPM, inocuidad y estándares internos de la fábrica.

Habilidades y Experiencia

Técnicas / funcionales

• Conocimiento de:
  • Electricidad industrial.
  • Sistemas eléctricos trifásicos.
  • Motores AC.
  • Arranque directo y estrella-triángulo.
  • Contactores y relés.
  • Protecciones eléctricas.
  • Guardamotores.
  • Variadores de frecuencia (VFD).
  • Arrancadores suaves.
  • Tableros eléctricos de fuerza y control.
  • Interpretación de planos eléctricos.
  • Sensores inductivos, capacitivos, fotoeléctricos y magnéticos.
  • Encoders.
  • Transmisores de presión, temperatura y nivel.
  • Electroválvulas.
  • Instrumentación industrial.
  • Uso de multímetro, pinza amperimétrica y megóhmetro.
  • Automatización – conocimiento prioritario
• Experiencia o capacidad de diagnóstico en:
  • PLC Siemens.
  • PLC Allen-Bradley / Rockwell.
  • HMI.
  • Señales digitales y analógicas.
  • Entradas y salidas de PLC.
  • Redes industriales.
  • Diagnóstico de fallas de automatización.
  • Variadores de frecuencia.
• Experiencia con SAP, procedimientos de LOTOTO, seguridad industrial, BPM e inocuidad alimentaria.

Habilidades Core

• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
• Capacidad para gestionar stakeholders multifuncionales
• Alta atención al detalle
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
• Comodidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y de transformación

Lo que estamos buscando

• Mínimo 2 a 3 años en mantenimiento eléctrico/electrónico industrial.
• Preferiblemente experiencia en plantas de alimentos, bebidas, lácteos o procesos industriales automatizados
• Capacidad comprobada para desempeñarse en entornos de transformación
• Tecnólogo, Técnico Superior o formación equivalente en: Electricidad Industrial, electrónica industrial, electromecánica, automatización industrial, mecatrónica, carreras afines.
