About the Role
The O&M Rule Expert 1 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) shall lead O&M program management for NSCR.
The O&M Rule Expert 1 (NSCR O&M Program Manager) shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery of NSCR O&M-related deliverables and activities.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of the NSCR component of the Integrated O&M Program, including applicable deliverables, activities, milestones, dependencies, interfaces, and successive stages of operational commencement;
Lead the planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery of NSCR O&M-related deliverables and activities identified in the Integrated O&M Program, including their potential impact on project implementation and commercial operation timelines for the NSCR Master Implementation Program;
Lead and coordinate the NSCR O&M Concessionaire operational readiness activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, and progressive participation of the NSCR O&M Concessionaire in project activities;
Ensure that applicable O&M requirements in the NSCR O&M Concession Agreement are identified and incorporated in the Integrated O&M Program, assigned to the appropriate IOT functions, and monitored for compliance;
Coordinate with the O&M Coordination Manager (MMSP O&M Program Manager) on cross-project activities, dependencies, and interfaces, particularly those associated with MMSP interoperation;
Provide technical guidance to the O&M Coordinator and other IOT members to support the continuity of the Integrated O&M Program; and
Perform other necessary duties to ensure the successful delivery of the consulting services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Railway Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field or Master's Degree is desirable.
