Job Title: System Integrator – Rail Metro Projects

This role requires to coordinate and manage the integration of all Rail Metro systems, ensuring seamless interaction between engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery, operational performance, safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

What will you do?

System Integration Management

  • Lead system integration activities across all project phases, from design through commissioning and handover.
  • Ensure compatibility and functionality of interfacing systems in accordance with project requirements and operational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain system integration plans, interface matrices, and integration schedules.

Coordination & Interface Management

  • Coordinate integration activities between OCS, Traction Power, Signaling, Telecommunications, SCADA, Rolling Stock, Civil Works, Stations, and Depot Systems.
  • Facilitate resolution of multidisciplinary technical and interface issues.
  • Support interface reviews and stakeholder coordination meetings.

Testing & Commissioning Support

  • Plan and coordinate integrated testing and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure readiness of interfacing systems for system integration testing (SIT), trial running, and operational acceptance.
  • Monitor and track closure of integration-related issues and defects.

Engineering & Technical Support

  • Review engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with integration requirements.
  • Support technical assessments, risk evaluations, and system performance verification.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to achieve project milestones.

Risk, Quality & Compliance

  • Identify and mitigate system integration risks impacting safety, schedule, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, quality procedures, and HSE requirements.
  • Support audits, reviews, and lessons-learned initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain system integration registers, action trackers, test records, and technical documentation.
  • Provide regular progress reports and integration status updates to project management.

Experience, Education and other Required:

  • achelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Systems, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
  • Overall 15-20 years of experience in electrical infra-Projects and minimum 7-10 years of experience in Rail/Metro, Railway Electrification for both OHE and 3rd Rail System in AC and DC Power traction.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration, Systems Engineering, Interface Management, Testing & Commissioning, or Project Engineering roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Traction Power Supply Systems (TPSS), Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS), Signaling & Telecommunications, SCADA Systems, Rolling Stock Interfaces, Depot & Station Systems, Testing & Commissioning, Rail System Integration and Interface Management.
  • Good understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements for Rail Metro Projects.
  • Preferred Industry Experience: Metro Rail, Railway Electrification, Urban Transit, High-Speed Rail, Transportation Infrastructure, and Large EPC Projects.
