The Technician 3 (Senior Maintenance Technician) serves as the plant's technical expert, reliability leader, mentor, and advanced troubleshooting resource. This role is responsible for leading complex maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability initiatives, mentoring maintenance personnel, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for critical equipment and process issues.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Mentor and train Technician 1 and Technician 2 team members.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, startups, and commissioning activities.
- Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve plant reliability and performance.
- Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and OEE.

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or industrial environments.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
