## Tasks
**Where you’ll contribute – and what you’ll learn**
- **CV screening & interview coordination** – You’ll be the first to review incoming applications and schedule interviews **while discovering** how recruiters spot potential and maintain a smooth candidate journey.
- **Onboarding & offboarding** – You’ll organize day-one logistics and farewell checklists **while learning** how thoughtful details create a memorable employee experience.
- **HR administration** – You’ll keep records and HRIS data up to date **and gain** a keen eye for compliance, data accuracy and digital workflows.
- **People projects** – You’ll lend a hand on engagement surveys, learning sessions or employer-branding campaigns **and see** how people analytics translates into real initiatives.
- **Payroll & benefits inputs** – You’ll collect monthly changes, visa paperwork and benefit enrolments **and understand** the checks that keep salaries and perks running on time.
## Requirements
- You’re studying HR, Business or a related field and can commit **20h/week for ~ 6 -12 months**
- Passion for HR fundamentals: accuracy in admin, respect for confidentiality and an eye for process improvement.
- Clear, friendly communicator in **English** (Portugese is a plus).
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, switching between detail work and people interaction.
- Genuine excitement for sustainability and our mission to revolutionise the food system.
