  • Assist with the coordination and delivery of digital assets, toolkits, creative materials, presentation decks, and exhibitor-facing communications.

  • Track exhibitor support across websites, mobile apps, email, social media, loyalty programs, premium formats, sweepstakes, promotions, and in-theater activations.

  • Collect screenshots, performance examples, practical photos, social links, and campaign support materials for wrap reports and internal presentations.

  • Help prepare exhibitor marketing summaries, recap documents, competitive examples, and leadership-facing materials.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Distribution, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Publicity, and International teams as needed.

  • Assist with in-theater materials, promotional items, fulfillment needs, vendor coordination, shipping details, and installation tracking.

  • Support planning for exhibitor meetings, conventions, partner presentations, filmmaker meetings, and special events.

  • Help monitor exhibitor social activity and competitive marketplace examples to identify trends, best practices, and potential opportunities.

  • Assist with invoice tracking, budget support, organization, and administrative needs for the department.

  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

The Essentials

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, film, media, events, distribution, exhibition, partnerships, or related fields; internship experience welcome.

  • Strong interest in theatrical film marketing, exhibitors, audience engagement, promotions, and the moviegoing experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and updates in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva and other creative software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work with campaign assets, screenshots, links, presentations, spreadsheets, and shared project trackers.
