What You’ll Love

What You'll Do:
· Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at our DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
· Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to any issues.
· Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
· Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
· Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
· Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts needed at sites.
· Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
· Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
· Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
· Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving.
· Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What You'll Need:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Experience in rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service is preferred.
· Strong communication skills.
· Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
· Valid driver’s license; able to pass drug test and background check.
· Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
· Coachable and eager to learn.
